Can we start with one location?

Yes. Commerce Core is $249/month for one location, with unlimited registers and no per-seat pricing.

What costs extra?

Payment processing, the optional add-ons (Nexus Boost, Nexus AI and Nexus Connect), the optional one-time onboarding package, and custom work such as custom integrations.

Can we import our existing catalog?

Yes. Import your products in bulk from the catalog toolbar. Our onboarding team can help, and Enterprise includes help moving over from your old system.

Can it connect to our CRM or other software?

Yes. Contact our support team at [email protected] and we’ll set up the connection. Depending on the system, it can take a couple of days.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Everything you can do on the web, you can also do in the Nexus Commerce mobile app, which is included in every plan.

Is the dashboard live?

It shows what your team records. In the screenshot above, the account is a demonstration account and revenue is redacted, so the figures are not a performance claim.
